1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Idamantoto ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at idamantoto.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Idamantoto platform — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer tables, sports betting, lottery products, and any associated promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" — the individual player account opened upon successful registration with Idamantoto.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any credited bonuses held separately in the Bonus Wallet.
• "Bonus Wallet" — a segregated wallet within an Account used to hold promotional funds that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Cryptocurrency" — digital currencies accepted by the Platform, including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (Tether TRC-20).
• "Game Rules" — the individual rules and pay-tables applicable to each specific game or betting market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required prior to processing withdrawals.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territories" — jurisdictions in which accessing or using the Platform is illegal or restricted by local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total betting turnover a player must achieve before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with Idamantoto, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Gambling services on this Platform are strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above.
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and not on behalf of any other party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of Idamantoto or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• You have not been previously self-excluded or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own account and are not managing funds on behalf of a third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure with forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal, Idamantoto requires the following verification documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport. The document must be current, clearly legible, and show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas, or equivalent), bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your primary identity document alongside a handwritten note stating "Idamantoto" and the date of submission.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours. Idamantoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Idamantoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

• Malaysian eWallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Bank Transfer / FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, and other FPX-member financial institutions
• DuitNow: DuitNow QR and DuitNow Online Banking (via registered Malaysian bank accounts)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20 network)

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment instruments owned by and registered to the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Idamantoto does not accept cash or cheque payments. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to the Account balance immediately upon successful processing.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved in writing by our compliance team.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are determined by payment method and displayed at the point of request.
• Idamantoto targets the following processing timelines: eWallets under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; Bank wire 15–60 minutes. These timelines are targets and are not guaranteed, particularly during periods of high volume or pending KYC review.
• Idamantoto reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Idamantoto offers various promotional programmes to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free spins, and VIP-tier rewards. All promotions are governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, which form part of this Agreement.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to the player's Bonus Wallet and are separate from real-money balances.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus amount — or any winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period.
• Idamantoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already accrued to a player in good standing are not retrospectively affected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds may only be used for gameplay on the Platform and may not be transferred, assigned, or used to fulfil financial obligations outside the Platform.

6.2 Abuse and Misuse of Promotions

Idamantoto employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, collusion, and the use of low-risk strategies designed to convert bonuses into withdrawable cash without genuine recreational play. Where such activity is detected, Idamantoto reserves the right to remove bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the Account concerned.

7. Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable Game Rules for each product. General betting principles applicable across all products include:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players should verify all selections before confirming any wager.
• Idamantoto reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where pricing errors, system faults, or obvious mistakes have resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Latency in data feeds may result in delays; bets placed during periods of obvious result knowledge may be voided.
• Idamantoto may impose maximum bet limits on any player, product, or event at its discretion.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. The published RTP for each game is available within the game's information panel.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the Idamantoto Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors on the Platform. Any winnings accrued through exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using VPNs, proxies, or other obfuscation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other players in any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Idamantoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any clause within this Agreement is suspected or confirmed.
• The Account holder requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it.
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon permanent closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances are not returned upon closure.

9.1 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. An administrative maintenance fee of RM10 per calendar month may be deducted from the dormant Account balance. Players are encouraged to log in and, if appropriate, withdraw their balance before extended periods of inactivity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Idamantoto's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Idamantoto shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, including payment processors, internet service providers, or data centre operators.
• Losses resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government-ordered service suspensions, or force majeure events.
• Any delays in processing withdrawals attributable to incomplete KYC documentation or third-party payment processor timelines.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Idamantoto Platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, game software, text, user interfaces, and proprietary systems — is owned by or licensed to Idamantoto and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software without prior written consent from Idamantoto.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Idamantoto collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data protection principles observed by Idamantoto include:

• Data collected is limited to what is strictly necessary for account management, KYC compliance, and service provision.
• Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
• Player data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed payment processors, regulatory bodies, and fraud prevention services where legally required.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team.

13. Responsible Gambling

Idamantoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a source of financial hardship. In accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy, we provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may define maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications alerting players to the duration of their active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications are suspended. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the selected duration.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displayed at configurable intervals during gameplay showing session duration and net gaming position.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Idamantoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 9. No fee is charged for voluntary Account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Idamantoto holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

In the event of any discrepancy between localised content and this Agreement, the English-language version of this document shall prevail.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia.
